What is an in-home Estate Sale?
Also commonly known as a tag sale an in-home estate sales is when we organize and stage the home to create. We clean, research, and price each item to maximize your profit. We coordinate with the city for permits as well as promote and staff the sale.
What is an off site Estate Sale?
Sometimes sales cannot be held in the home or business that needs to be liquidated. In this case we would move the items to another location and host an off site Estate Sale. This operates just like an Estate Sale; the only difference is the location. Note that these sales are more expensive to run and in most instances, but not all, less profitable.
What is an on-line Auction?
We photograph and catalog your items to create and promote an on-line auction. After the auction is complete we coordinate pick up and shipping of the sold items. This solution is a great fit for many scenarios. It can be used for estates in restricted areas such as Apartments, Condos, or HOA’s. What’s a Clean-Out
Often there are messes that just need to be cleaned up. We can handle small clean outs to ones that require a dumpster. Send us some photos of the mess and we will let you know the best solution.
